Verizon Home App

I contributed to the design and development of the Verizon Home mobile app, a consumer networking platform with 4.4 stars on the Apple App Store across 13,000+ reviews and ~200,000 weekly active users. I led parts of the UI & UX architecture for onboarding flows supporting Verizon’s flagship networking devices, redesigning installation and provisioning workflows that increased extender self-setup success. I also led interaction design for Verizon Home Security, developing setup and error resolution pathways that help users diagnose and recover from device and network issues. Additional contributions included implementing 3D device assets within the mobile interface, designing network analysis and diagnostic tools, and building parental control configuration experiences, translating complex networking systems into intuitive consumer interactions.
