Bringing Unmet Modes of Participation
I worked with Dr. Claudia Rebola on research for aging adults. We designed a tele-communication that allowed more interaction into the lives of elderly adults. The product was a large scale installation for the purpose of aiding elder adults through depression. This study required me to understand Raspberry Pi’s, Python, and circuitry to create the final functioning product. The project was accepted into the British Human Computer Interaction conference and published into the work-in-progress section of the event organized by the University of Lincoln’s Social Computing (LiSC) research centre in conjunction with Open Lab at Newcastle University.
