Apple G5431 Restomod
This project restomods an Apple Desktop Mouse Model G5431 by replacing its original internals with a Lenovo 530 mouse PCB, giving the classic Apple shell modern optical tracking while preserving its original exterior character. A custom 3D-printed adapter/spacer securely positions the Lenovo PCB inside the G5431 housing without cutting, drilling, or permanently modifying the original parts. The entire conversion is fully reversible, allowing the mouse to be returned to its stock configuration at any time.
